About returns and exchanges
・If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 3 days after the product arrives and return the product within 7 days after the product arrives.
(*If the above deadline has passed, we will refuse the return or exchange of the product for any reason.)
・If you wish to return or exchange a product, please be sure to contact us via the "inquiry form" on our website or by "telephone".
・In the case of a return due to customer's convenience, 20% of the product (tax included price) will be charged as a cancellation fee and paid by the customer.
(* You will be required to pay the shipping fee incurred when shipping the product and the transfer fee when refunding.)
・Please be sure to try it on indoors. Items tried on outdoors are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
・When trying on the product, please be careful not to get any odors (including perfume, cosmetics, cigarettes, pets) or stains on the product.
・Pre-made packages such as shoe boxes are also part of the product. If the package is returned with a shipping label or packing tape attached directly to it, it will be considered a product defect caused by the customer, and we cannot accept any returns.
・Regarding sale items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. Please understand the nature of outlet products before using them.

About cooling-off
・The cooling-off period is applied when a customer accidentally concludes a contract, such as door-to-door sales or catch sales. Cooling-off does not apply to online sales, as the purchase procedure is based on the customer's intention.
